What To Expect
Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha
A driver will pick you up from airport and drive you to Green Mountain Hotel, On the way you might see both Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru depending on the day clouds, Hotel is located 55 kilometers from Kilimanjaro International Airport |JRO|, Arusha is famous for tropical type of climate with estimated 5 millions population.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha at 8am with packed lunches to Tarangire National Park (two hrs drive). Get there and proceed with full day game drive in this park famous for Big herds of Elephants and Baobab trees. Later by 5pm drive to Marera View Lodge for dinner and overnite.
Day 3: Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park then drive to Arusha
After breakfast, head inside Lake Manyara National Park at 8am with packed lunches for full day game drive in this park famous for Tree Climbing Lions and Birdlife. Have lunch at the Msasa picnic site overlooking the lake. Later by 3pm exit the park and head back to Arusha for drop off in town/hotel for onwards arrangements.
