Day 00 – Arrival in Tanzania

Your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Arusha for your overnight stay at Green Mountain Hotel. Relax after your journey and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead.

Day 01 – Tarangire National Park

On the first wildlife day of your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing at 8:00 AM with packed lunches for Tarangire National Park. Spend the day on a game drive in this beautiful park, famous for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. Lunch will be served at the Tarangire River Picnic Site. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, exit the park around 5:00 PM and head to Motto Cottages for dinner and overnight.

Day 02 – Lake Manyara National Park

Another highlight of your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari awaits after an early breakfast. Depart at 8:00 AM with packed lunches to Lake Manyara National Park, well known for its tree-climbing lions and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a full day game drive exploring the park’s diverse habitats, including forest, lake shore, and open plains. Later in the evening, return to Octagon Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03 – Serengeti National Park

Your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari continues with an early breakfast before departing at 6:30 AM with packed lunches for the world-famous Serengeti National Park, home to the legendary Big Five. Arrive around midday and begin an afternoon game drive in the Seronera area (Central Serengeti), known for its rich wildlife populations. Enjoy spectacular wildlife viewing until sunset before heading to Robins Tented Lodge Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Day 04 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro / Karatu

An early morning game drive from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM is another exciting moment of your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari, offering a great chance to see predators and other wildlife in action. Return to the camp for brunch, then depart at 12:00 PM for an en-route game drive as you travel from Serengeti toward Ngorongoro and the highlands of Karatu. Arrive around 5:00 PM at Hhando Coffee Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 05 – Ngorongoro Crater Tour & Return to Arusha

The final day of your 5 Days Best of Tanzania Safari begins with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:30 AM with packed lunches. Enjoy a half-day crater tour in one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife areas, home to endangered black rhinos, lions, elephants, and flamingos at Lake Magadi. Lunch will be served near the Ngoitoktok Hippo Pool. Around 12:00 PM, begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 PM for drop-off at your hotel or onward travel arrangements.
